Who Can Rent the Trailer?
The Neighbourhood Party Trailer is a shared resource for Lethbridge residents to host inclusive events on city streets, parks, or public property. Priority booking windows are designed to empower:
- Lethbridge residents hosting block parties
- Neighbourhood associations and nieghbourhood groups
- Local non-profits hosting community-led initiatives
Groups located within approximately 65 km of Lethbridge may also be able to access the trailer when availability allows.
Private businesses may also access the trailer for community-based events.
Note: The trailer is not available for private parties (weddings, birthdays), commercial/for-profit events, or political and religious rallies.

Rental Rates & Fees
To keep the trailer accessible while supporting ongoing maintenance and program sustainability, the following rental rates apply:
Businesses hosting events that are open to the community may rent the trailer at a rate of $500 per day.
Important Note: All rental rates are based on a per-day rate. A refundable damage deposit (based of the rental rate) is required for all trailer rentals. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Booking requests are recommended to be submitted with a minimum of 21 days' notice.
NEIGHBOURHOOD GROUPS

Special rate reserved for recognized Lethbridge Neighbourhood Associations to foster community growth.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
$200-300
Discounted rates for registered non-profits and charitable organizations. Rates are based on annual budgets.
Funding Supports
Want to use the trailer but don't have the funds? There's a grant for that!
The City of Lethbridge’s Community Event Support Grant (CESG) helps nonprofit organizations create new events or sustain existing ones that add vibrancy and value to the community. Nonprofits such as neighbourhood associations may be able to use this funding to support eligible event costs, including community gathering expenses like the Neighbourhood Party Trailer, depending on program eligibility and application details.

- Tier 1: Neighbourhood Groups and Resident block parties (January - February)
- Tier 2: Community Organizations within Lethbridge (March)
- Tier 3: Community Organizations within 65 km of Lethbridge and Private businesses (April onward)
